For Filipino Citizens (Vaccinated)

  1. Passport: Must be valid at least 6 months
  2. NEGATIVE COVID TEST
    Either:
    A: RT-PCR Test results  48 hours before departure.
    B: Antigen Test results 24 hours before departure. HOME KITS are not Accepted.  Only administered by Health Care professionals are accepted.
  3. One Health Pass – obtain the QR Code or Bar Code

  4. Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate if UN-VACCINATED FILIPINOS
    * Pre-booked Quarantine hotels for 5 nights
    * OFWs, quarantine hotels are paid by our government

For Dual Citizens

  1. Passport
    A: Philippine Passport
    B:  US Passport with either Certificate of Retention / Re-aquisition of Philippine Citizenship or Identification Certificate.

For US Citizens Visiting Families

A.  BALIKBAYANS ( Former Filipinos) or Naturalized must show proof by :
* Expired Philippine Passport or
* Birth Certificate showing born in the Philippines

B. FOREIGN SPOUSE and CHILDREN ( born in the USA)
Must be traveling together with the Balikbayan. Foreign spouse must show Marriage Certificate. Foreign child must show Birth Certificate. Here are the requirements:

  1.  Balikbayans US Passport with Old Philippine Passport or Birth Certificate
  2. NEGATIVE COVID TEST
    Either:
    A: RT-PCR Test results  48 hours before departure.
    B: Antigen Test results 24 hours before departure.
    HOME KITS are not Accepted. Only administered by Health Care professionals are accepted.
  3. One Health Pass – obtain the QR Code or Bar Code

  4. Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate.

Un-vaccinated US Citizens are not allowed to enter the Philippines at all. You can apply for dual citizenship if you want  remain un-vaccinated and wish to go home to the Philippines.

For US Citizens As Tourists

  1. Passport: Must be valid at least 6 months at the time of entry, VISA is NOT required for Americans to enter the Philippines.
  2. NEGATIVE COVID TEST
    Either:
    A: RT-PCR Test results  48 hours before departure.
    B: Antigen Test results 24 hours before departure.
    HOME KITS are not Accepted. Only administered by Health Care professionals are accepted.
  3. One Health Pass – obtain the QR Code or Bar Code

  4. Vaccination Card / Vaccination Certificate.
  5. Travel Medical Insurance: There is a  minimum of $35,000 coverage. Must show that COVID is included in the policy.

  6. Exit Ticket of not more than 30 days since arrival

    if you want to stay longer you must show that you are not overstaying, since you do not have VISA,  you are not staying more than 30 days.

For Foreigners Holding A Visa Except 9A

  1. Passport: Must be valid at least 6 months at the time of entry, VISA is NOT required for Americans to enter the Philippines.
